The short version

This website sets no cookies when you browse, get an estimate, book a survey, or view your quote or invoice. There is no advertising, no third-party tracking, and nothing that follows you around the internet — which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

Staff sign-in

Our staff area uses sign-in (session) cookies so our own team can stay signed in while managing jobs. They're strictly necessary for that sign-in, they're only set when a member of staff logs in, and they do nothing on the public website you're reading now.

Anonymous visitor statistics

We count visits with analytics software that runs on our own servers — your data never goes to a third party. It is cookieless and collects only anonymous statistics:

• which pages are visited, and roughly in what order
• where a visit came from (for example a search engine)
• browser type and screen size, so the site works well on real devices

It cannot identify you: it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and has no way to recognise you across other websites. We use these statistics for one purpose — understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. UK law (the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) permits this kind of measurement without a consent banner, provided we tell you about it and give you a simple way to opt out — both of which this page does.
